Manzini
Geography and history
Manzini is a province situated in the country of Swaziland. This province is located in the western parts of the country and has a population of approximately 300 000 residents. It borders the remaining three provinces – Hhohho, Lubombo and Shiselweni. Its capital town of Manzini also serves as the administrative centre for the province.
The capital town of Manzini is the commercial hub of the country as there are many industrial complexes and shopping centres in the area. The Matsapha International Airport is located just 8 km from Manzini. The town of Lobamba houses the National Museum, the Embo State Palace and the Houses of Parliament. It is considered to be the cultural and royal hub of the country.
