Geography and history
Mbabane, named after the Chief, Mbabane Kunene, is the capital city of the country and located in the Hhohho Province of Swaziland. It is also situated near the Ezulwini Valley at the Northern end and is surrounded by many hills. The city of Mbabane is fairly easy to navigate and everything you need is within walking distance. Your every need will be met by the new Swazi Plaza shopping centre.
There is an Mbabane Market in the vicinity where tourists can find many local cultural arts and crafts. Visitors of this market can also stay and watch the stalls owners do their magic. Traditional Swazi medicine is also for sale here.
